Approach

Our Design Approach
We prioritised user-centred design principles grounded in research, usability testing, and brand integration.
From understanding user pain points to designing flows that reduce friction, every decision was anchored in enhancing user trust and ease.
Process
The process followed five stages: research, ideation, wireframing, prototyping, and user validation.
We conducted competitive analysis, user interviews, and task flow audits to inform design decisions. Low-fidelity wireframes evolved into interactive prototypes tested iteratively for clarity and accessibility.



Simplicity drives adoption. We focused on clear typography, meaningful visuals, and intuitive interactions to build user confidence.
Final Design
The final design delivered an engaging dashboard, simplified transaction flows, personalised insights, and an approachable visual language aligned with Optimus Bank’s identity.
The OptiVerse app now offers users an intuitive, delightful, and smart way to manage their finances, with measurable improvements in usability and brand affinity.
