Approach
We grounded the design in user research, aligning functionality with the real workflows and pain points of operational teams.
We focused on clarity in information hierarchy, modular components for scalability, and minimal yet impactful visuals to keep users focused on decisions, not distractions.

The process included competitor analysis, user interviews, data mapping, low-fidelity wireframes, high-fidelity prototyping, and stakeholder validation.
